On page 30, line 26, after "(4)" insert "If an offender is accused
of violating any condition or requirement of community custody, and is
placed in total confinement due to the violation, the offender may not
be released due to a lack of bed space.

Renumber the remaining subsections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.
EFFECT: Prohibits an offender who is placed in total confinement due to a violation of any condition or requirement of community custody from being released due to a lack of bed space.
