on community custody or community placement who is participating in an
individual reentry plan established under section 203 of this act and
who is attending an education or vocational class when the offender
commits a felony offense against another student, instructor, or staff
person at the same school or institution as the offender that was
committed on or after the effective date of this act, the offender may
not earn any earned release for the offense.

EFFECT: Prohibits an offender on community custody or community placement who is participating in an IRP and who is attending an education or vocational class when he or she commits a felony offense against another student, instructor, or staff person at the same school or institution as the offender that was committed on or after the effective date of this act from earning any earned release for the offense.
