who is convicted of an offense committed on or after the effective date
of this act that occurred during confinement or while on community
custody or community placement, and when the offender is participating
in an individual reentry plan or has previously participated in a
reentry plan, the aggregate earned release time may not exceed ten
percent.

EFFECT: Limits the amount of earned release an offender may earn to 10% of the offender's sentence if the offender is convicted of a felony offense committed on or after the effective date of this act that occurred during confinement or while on community custody or community placement, and when the offender is participating in an individual reentry plan or has previously participated in a reentry plan.
