who is renting from a landlord when the offender commits a felony
offense on or after the effective date of this act against another
tenant, or guest of the tenant, who rents from the same landlord in the
same location, the offender may not earn any earned release for the
offense if the offender was on community custody and was participating
in an individual reentry plan under section 203 of this act at the time
of the offense.

EFFECT: Prohibits an offender from earning any earned release for a felony offense committed on or after the effective date of the act if the offense was committed against a tenant, or guest of the tenant, who is renting from the same landlord, and residing in the same location, as the offender and the offender was on community custody and participating in an IRP.
