On page 29, line 25, after "reoffending." insert "At the completion of any term of total confinement under this subsection, an offender shall be subject to not less than twelve months of community custody if the offender was originally sentenced on or after the effective date of this section."
EFFECT: Requires that an offender who has been found to have committed a third violation of community custody and confined to total confinement as a sanction must be subject to not less than 12 months of community custody, if the offender was originally sentenced on or after the effective date of the section.
