   On page 3, line 35 of the striking amendment, after "subsection" insert "; and

    (vi) Recommendations for additional funding under subsection (v) of this subsection cannot be connected with additional charges on gasoline and diesel fuel for vehicles or vehicle license fees"

EFFECT: Specifies that recommendations for additional funding to implement the recommendations in the report by the Department of Community, Trade, and Economic Development cannot be connected with additional charges on gasoline and diesel fuel or vehicle license fees.
