   On page 5, beginning on line 1 of the striking amendment, after "(c)" insert "Any nonprofit entity with a representative on the committee shall report the amount of funding received for work related to climate change from any government source in the last five years and for as long as they serve on the advisory policy committee."

   Renumber the remaining subsections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT: Requires a nonprofit entity with a representative on the advisory policy committee to make specified disclosures regarding the amount of any funding related to climate change received from any governmental source.
