   On page 3, line 14 of the striking amendment, after "2011." insert "The report must also consider the positive and negative impacts to affordable housing, employment, transportation costs, and economic development that result from addressing the impacts of climate change at the local level."

EFFECT: Specifies that a report produced by the Department of Community, Trade, and Economic Development for the local government global warming mitigation and adaptation program must consider the positive and negative impacts to affordable housing, employment, transportation costs, and economic development that result from addressing the impacts of climate change at the local level.
