   On page 3, line 31 of the striking amendment, after "(iv)" insert "Considerations of positive and negative impacts to affordable housing, employment, transportation costs, and economic development that result from addressing the impacts of climate change at the local level;

   (v)"

   Renumber the remaining subsections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT: Directs the Department of Community, Trade, and Economic Development to, when developing a climate change report, consider positive and negative impacts to affordable housing, employment, transportation costs, and economic development that result from addressing the impacts of climate change at the local level.
