   On page 15, beginning on line 36 of the amendment, after "Sec. 11." strike all material through "(2)" on page 16, line 8

EFFECT: Deletes provisions requiring: (1) the Department of Labor and Industries to add three construction compliance inspectors, one a working supervisor, to the Fraud Audit Infraction and Revenue (FAIR) contractor fraud team; and (2) the Department of Labor and Industries and the Employment Security Department to hire more auditors, with the Department of Labor and Industries to hire at least three more auditors.
