   Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT: Removes provisions restricting the authority of any legal entity presenting itself as a successor to the declarant or grantor and asserting authority to enforce covenants, approve construction, regulate property, or grant variances related to the subject property.
