EFFECT: If a landlord reasonably determines that the cumulative
value of a tenant's property is over $300, the landlord then has a duty
to store the property upon the execution of a writ of restitution,
unless the tenant objects.
The threshold of notifying a tenant when a landlord is going to
dispose or sell such property is increased from $50 to $300.
