   On page 6, after line 11, insert the following: "(e) The holder of this certificate shall be issued a single card, made of a durable material, that indicates all specialties for which the individual has qualified, including electrical specialties issued under chapter 19.28 RCW."

   On page 6, after line 33, insert the following: "(e) The holder of this certificate shall be issued a single card, made of a durable material, that indicates all specialties for which the individual has qualified, including electrical specialties issued under chapter 19.28 RCW."

   On page 7, after line 9, insert the following: "(e) The holder of this certificate shall be issued a single card, made of a durable material, that indicates all specialties for which the individual has qualified, including electrical specialties issued under chapter 19.28 RCW."
