   On page 15, after line 30, insert the following: "(4) The twenty four hours of continuing education required by this section may be combined with continuing education required by RCW 19.28.061 where at least twelve hours of the continuing education is on electrical training for HVAC/R equipment and systems. Completion of a combined training course will meet the continuing education requirements for both this section and RCW 19.28.061."
