   On page 5, line 6, after "characteristics.", insert the following: ""Toxic chemicals" does not include those chemicals registered with federal or state authorities for agricultural or silvicultural production when used in accordance with state and federal law."

EFFECT: Creates an exception for agricultural and silvicultural products already regulated by state and federal authorities, so long as those products are being used in accordance with the law.
