   On page 2, after line 16 of the amendment, insert the following:

   "(3) All revenue generated by tolls on state route 520 or interstate 90 shall be used for improvement on the corridor in which it is collected for the following purposes:

   (a) To cover the operating costs of the eligible toll facility, including necessary preservation, administration, and toll enforcement by public law enforcement within the boundaries of the

facility;
     (b) To meet obligations for the repayment of debt and interest on the eligible toll facilities, and any other associated financing costs including, but not limited to, required reserves and

insurance."

EFFECT: All toll revenues generated on SR 520 and Interstate 90 must be used on the corridor it is collected in. Toll revenues can be used only to pay for financing costs and to cover operating costs of the facility.
