(d) A for hire vehicle that is regulated under chapter 46.72 RCW or regulated in accordance with chapter 81.72 RCW"

EFFECT: Exempts taxicab drivers (operators of for hire vehicles) from the prohibition against operating a moving vehicle while holding a handheld wireless communications device to one's ear.
