   On page 1, line 12, strike "one dollar", and insert "fifty cents"

   On page 1, line 13, after "tires", insert "for a period of five eyars, beginning July 1, 2005".

   On page 2, line 6, after "treasury", insert the following: "All receipts from tire fees imposed under RCW 70.95.510 must be deposited in the account."

   On page 2, line 12, strike all of section 4.

EFFECT: Reduces the tire removal fee from one dollar to fifty cents, provides that the fee sunsets on July 1, 2010, and eliminates language directing funds from the fee into the multi-modal account.
