   On page 2, line 10, after "election.", insert This subsection shall not apply unless the authorization cards used include the following statement in at least twelve point type:

"If a majority of the employees in your workgroup sign an authorization card, this union will be certified as your exclusive bargaining representative. There will not be a vote on this issue. You will be required to pay union dues or a representation fee or risk losing your job."

   On page 4, line 2 after "representative" insert . This subsection shall not apply unless the authorization cards used include the following statement in at least twelve point type:
