   On page 5, after line 27, insert the following:

   "(5) Local tax revenue collected pursuant to RCW 82.14.360(2) shall be used solely for public transit in the county."

   Renumber the sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT: Revenues raised by the 2% rental car tax may only be used for public transit in the county.
