   On page 5, after line 27, insert the following:

   "(5) Local tax revenue collected pursuant to RCW 82.14.360(1) shall be used solely for cost of living adjustments for public school teachers in the county."

   Renumber the sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT: Revenues raised by the tax on food and beverages may only be used for cost of living adjustments for public school teachers in the county.
