   On page 5, after line 27, insert the following:

   "(5) Local tax revenue collected pursuant to RCW 82.14.360(1) shall be used solely for housing programs for the homeless within the county."

   Renumber the sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT: Revenues raised by the tax on food and beverages may only be used for homeless housing programs in the county.
