   On page 5, after line 27, insert the following:

   "(5) Local tax revenue collected pursuant to RCW 82.14.360(1) shall be used solely for health care for individuals that do not have health insurance and reside in the county."

   Renumber the sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT: Revenue raised by the tax on food and beverages may only be used for health care for individuals that do not have health insurance and reside in the county.
