   On page 4, line 4, after "corporation" insert ", and shall attach to the petition a certified excerpt from the bylaws or other certified documentation from such corporation demonstrating the officer's authority"

   On page 6, line 35, after "corporation" insert ", and shall attach to the petition a certified excerpt from the bylaws or other certified documentation from such corporation demonstrating the officer's authority"

   Renumber the sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT: Requires an officer of a corporation who is signing the petition on the corporation's behalf to attach documentation demonstrating the officer's authority to do so.
