   On page 2, after line 22, insert the following:

   "(6) In the event that any city, town, or county notified pursuant to subsection (5)(b) of this section responds within thirty days of receipt of notice with a written objection to the condemnation, a watershed management partnership shall not authorize condemnation until it has met and conferred with representatives of the city, town, or county."

EFFECT: Amends the bill to include language providing that upon receipt of notice prior to a watershed management partnership board authorizing condemnation, if a city, town, or county responds within thirty days with a written objection to the condemnation, a watershed management partnership shall not authorize the condemnation until it has met and conferred with representatives of the city, town, or county.
