   On page 2, after line 24, insert the following:

   "(4) For any fiscal period, the remittance required by this section shall be suspended if the suspension is directed by the state omnibus appropriations act."

   Renumber the subsections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT: The working families' tax exemption, in the form of a remittance, shall be suspended for any fiscal period if so directed by the state omnibus appropriations act.
