     AN ACT Relating to unemployment and industrial insurance notices required to be posted by employers; adding a new section to chapter 50.12 RCW; and adding a new section to chapter 51.04 RCW.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION.  Sec. 1   A new section is added to chapter 50.12 RCW to read as follows:
     When an employer initially files a master application under chapter 19.02 RCW for the purpose, in whole or in part, of registering to pay unemployment insurance taxes, the department shall send to the employer any printed material the department requires the employer to post under this title.

NEW SECTION.  Sec. 2   A new section is added to chapter 51.04 RCW to read as follows:
     When an employer initially files a master application under chapter 19.02 RCW for the purpose, in whole or in part, of registering to pay industrial insurance taxes, the department shall send to the employer any printed material the department requires the employer to post under this title.
