    Renumber the remaining subsections consecutively and correct internal references accordingly

EFFECT:   Eliminates the requirement, with respect to the construction of a data center, that a person claiming a sales and use tax exemption must: comply with prevailing wage requirements; and use apprentices for no less than 15 percent of labor hours.
