    On page 48, after line 21, insert the following:

     "(7) When the balance of that portion of the miscellaneous program account apportioned to the department for the grain train program reaches $1,180,000, the department shall acquire twenty-nine additional grain train railcars."

EFFECT:   Requires the Department of Transportation to acquire twenty-nine additional grain train railcars when the account apportioned for the grain train program reaches $1,180,000.
