    On page 4, after line 6, insert the following:

    "For a person convicted of assault in the third degree of a peace officer with a projectile stun gun (RCW 9A.36.031(1(h)), the minimum term in the standard range shall be the minimum term in this section as it existed prior to the effective date of this act."

EFFECT: For persons convicted of Assault of a Peace Officer in the third degree with a Projectile Stun Gun, increases the minimum term in the standard range to the minimum term that existed prior to the effective date of the act.
