right applications under any other existing authority, including but
not limited to existing authority for the priority processing of
applications by the department."
Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.
EFFECT: Clarifies that the department of ecology can also conduct proofs of examination. Allows the department of ecology to request corrections in an initial proof of examination. Clarifies that nothing in this act affects or diminishes the processing of water right applications under any other existing authority. Makes technical changes.
