    On page 2, after line 33, insert the following:

    "NEW SECTION. Sec. 4. The department must provide written notice to all fifteen year old minors residing in Washington State of the requirements of this act."

    Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT:   Requires the department to notify all minors the age of 15 of the requirements of the bill.
