Increases bid limits for: (1) Certain construction work at community and technical colleges and state universities, including The Evergreen State College; and

(2) Public works for certain counties, cities, and districts.

Provides procedures by which metropolitan park districts must purchase materials, supplies, or equipment with an estimated cost in excess of forty thousand dollars.
