    On page 15, line 22, correct the total

    On page 80, beginning on line 28, strike all of section 714

    Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.  Correct the title.

EFFECT:   Eliminates extension of the state route 167 HOT lane pilot project through the end of the 2011-13 biennium.

FISCAL IMPACT:

          Reduces High Occupancy Toll Lanes Funds by $766,000.
