For the 2011-2013 fiscal biennium, the Washington state ferries is
exempt from the provisions of this section."
EFFECT: Removes the requirement and funding for Washington State Ferries to use a biofuel mix of B5 at the Harbor Island Truck Terminal during the 2011-2013 fiscal biennium. Also, exempts the Washington State Ferries from existing statewide requirements regarding biodiesel fuel.
EFFECT: Decreases the Puget Sound Ferry Operations Account--State Appropriation by $234,000.
