Renumber the remaining sections consecutively, correct any internal references accordingly, and correct the title.
EFFECT: Allows the Transportation Commission to accept unsolicited proposals for public-private partnerships on transportation projects by removing an amendment to the transportation innovative partnerships law. The removed amendment prohibits the Transportation Commission from accepting unsolicited project proposals for public- private partnerships on transportation projects.
EFFECT: None.
