    On page 46, after line 17, insert the following:

    "NEW SECTION. Sec. 72.  A new section is added to chapter 51.08 RCW to read as follows:

    Services performed by any woman acting as a surrogate as defined in RCW 26.26.011 shall constitute employment subject to this title."

    Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

    Correct the title.

EFFECT:   Specifies that services performed by any woman acting as a surrogate constitute "employment" under the state Industrial Insurance Act.
