    On page 18, at the beginning of line 36, strike "three" and insert "ten"

    On page 21, line 5, after "than" strike "three" and insert "ten"

EFFECT:   Requires homeowners’ associations with significant assets to update a reserve study every five years with a visual site inspection by a professional every ten years (rather than update a study annually with a visual site inspection by a professional every three years).
