    On page 4, beginning on line 7, after "test" strike all material through "act" on line 11 and insert "promptly after obtaining the test results, but no later than before the person tested leaves the center"

EFFECT:  Removes the requirement for a center to provide written pregnancy test results, in English and in the person's first language, immediately after the test is completed.

Adds that written pregnancy test results must be provided promptly, but no later than before the person tested leaves the center.
