    On page 1, at the beginning of line 24 of the amendment, strike "class of 2014" and insert "classes of 2014 and 2015"

    On page 1, at the beginning of line 27 of the amendment, strike "2014" and insert "2015"

EFFECT:  Maintains the requirement that students starting with the class of 2014 must meet the standard in science to earn a Certificate of Academic Achievement (CAA), but allows students in both the classes of 2014 and 2015 to graduate without a CAA by earning an additional science credit.   The underlying amendment allows this exception only for the class of 2014.
