On page 9, line 13, after "range." strike all material through "section" on line 17 and insert "However, the provisions of this section shall not apply to any city with a population of ten thousand inhabitants or fewer"
EFFECT: Provides an exception to the Growth Management Act's general rule that the section relating to countywide planning policies to establish a review and evaluation program applies to counties, and the cities within those counties, west of the Cascade mountain range that had a population greater than 150,000 in 1995. The section does not apply to any city with a population of 10,000 or fewer.
