    On page 1, at the beginning of line 27 of the striking amendment, insert "in Washington state"

    On page 3, beginning on line 14 of the striking amendment, after "person" strike all material through "with" on line 15 and insert "operating or maintaining an agency in this state is subject to"

    On page 10, beginning on line 16 of the striking amendment, strike all of section 14

    Renumber the remaining subsections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.  Correct the title.

EFFECT:   Specifies that the term "client" only refers to those people seeking supportive housing or care services in Washington.

Removes the application of the Consumer Protection Act in cases in which a referral agency violates the referral laws.
