EFFECT:   Limits the comparable coverage requirement for self-administered anticancer drugs to health plans that cover self-administered chemotherapy drugs, instead of health carriers that cover chemotherapy.  States that the act does not require health plans to use self administered medication as a replacement for other cancer medications.  Makes changes to the effect statement.
