    On page 3, after line 35 of the striking amendment, insert the following:

    "(6) The requirements of this section do not apply to diesel fuel sold for use in trucks weighing in excess of twenty-six thousand pounds."

EFFECT:   Exempts trucks weighing over twenty-six thousand pounds from being required to use two percent biodiesel fuel or renewable diesel fuel by volume.
