    On page 3, line 15, after "program." insert "Reappropriations must not be included in the calculation of the annual funds available for determining the administrative costs."

    On page 6, line 31, after "program." insert "Reappropriations must not be included in the calculation of the annual funds available for determining the administrative costs."

EFFECT:   Funding for administrative costs associated with application, distribution and project development activities must only be calculated on appropriated amounts, and may not include reappropriated amounts in the calculation.
