    On page 3, beginning on line 22, strike all of section 3

    Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

    Correct the title.

EFFECT: Strikes: 1) All increases in civil penalties, 2) the new civil penalties for violations causing death, and 3) the requirement that the Director of the Department of Labor and Industries adjust civil penalties at least once every four years based on the percentage increase or decrease in the CPI for all urban wage earners.
