    On page 5, beginning on line 29, strike all of subsection (9)

EFFECT:   Strikes the requirement that the Director of the Department of Labor and Industries adjust civil penalty amounts at least once every four years based on the percentage increase or decrease in the CPI for all urban wage earners.
