On page 5, beginning on line 16, strike all of subsection (4)
Renumber the remaining subsection consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.
On page 12, line 16, strike all of section 13 and insert the following:
"NEW SECTION. Sec. 13 This act is necessary for the immediate
preservation of the public peace, health, or safety, or support of the
state government and its existing public institutions, and takes effect
July 1, 2012."
Correct the title.
EFFECT: Eliminates the requirement that only certified RYO tobacco may be used in a commercial cigarette-making machine.
