Beginning on page 17, after line 13 of the amendment, strike all material through "60." on page 75, line 12 and insert "NEW SECTION. Sec. 18."
EFFECT: Removes corrections to outdated provisions, obsolete statutory cross-references, redundant provisions, nongender neutral terms, and other anachronistic terminology in the statutes administered by the Washington state department of agriculture that were all included in a different piece of legislation passed this session.
