    On page 9, beginning on line 36 of the amendment, strike all of section 6

    Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

    Correct the title.

EFFECT:  Removes the authority of the Director of the Department of Agriculture to appoint a confidential secretary for the Deputy Director (which was granted in the underlying bill).
